USk2026 Survey Terms and Conditions for Entry
Date of enactment: July 1, 2026
Entry to the 'USk2026 Survey Promotion' shall be made in accordance with these Terms, and the Entrant shall be deemed to have agreed upon entry.
If the Entrant does not agree to these Terms, the Entrant must refrain from entering the Promotion.
Entry is limited to one (1) entry per Entrant.

How to Enter
To enter this Promotion, please access the survey form by scanning the QR code provided on the applicable leaflet and complete the designated survey.
Eligibility to enter the Promotion
Entrants must meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein.

You agree to all the terms and confirm that you are not violating any of them.

If the Entrant is under 18 years of age, the Entrant must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to entry.

Applications submitted by corporations shall be deemed invalid.

By entering the Promotion, the Entrant shall be deemed to have agreed to the Company’s Privacy Policy. For Entrants Located in the EEA and the UK, please review our “ GDPR Privacy Policy“.
With respect to comments, images, videos, and any content posted using the prizes by the winners (collectively, the “Submitted Content”), the Company may reproduce, publish, transmit, edit, modify, adapt, and otherwise use Submitted Content for advertising, promotional, marketing, and other business purposes. Entrants shall not exercise moral rights.
In the event of any dispute between an Entrant and a third party, the Entrant shall resolve such dispute at their own expense, and the Company shall bear no liability.
Important Notes for Entry

Entries shall be deemed invalid if the Entrant’s SNS account is set to private during the Promotion period.

The Promotion is open only to entries submitted via devices connected to the Internet.

[For Application Form Entries] Applications may not be successfully submitted if the network is unstable or extremely weak.

Internet communication and connection fees shall be borne by the Entrant.

The Company shall not be liable for any connection issues or communication errors.

Entries cannot be withdrawn once submitted.
About Notification of Winning
Winners of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as “Winners”) will be notified by the Company via direct message to the SNS account (X or Instagram) used at the time of entry, or via the email address provided at the time of entry. Such notification will include information regarding prize delivery.
In connection with the winner notification, the Company will not request personal information necessary for prize delivery, such as name or address, via direct message or email. Instructions on how to submit such information will be provided separately.
If the Company is unable to contact the Entrant due to reasons such as unfollowing, blocking, or email reception settings, the Winner status shall be deemed invalid.
Winner notifications will be sent within approximately one (1) month after the end of the Promotion; however, the timing may vary depending on circumstances.
Winner status shall be confirmed upon submission of the required delivery information in accordance with the method designated by the Company. Please note that failure to provide such information by the specified deadline shall result in disqualification.
In addition, if any information provided contains inaccuracies, false statements, or omissions, the Winner status shall be deemed invalid.
By providing such information, Entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to the Company’s Privacy Policy.
Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to revoke the Winner status in the event of unauthorized access, use of multiple accounts, fraudulent entries using automated programs, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company.
Prize Delivery
Prizes shall be shipped within one (1) month after receipt of the required delivery information.
The Company will not re-send prizes, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of our company.
The Company reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equivalent value without prior notice.
In addition, if we cannot deliver your prize because your address (or new address, in the case you have moved) is unknown, or if your prize was not delivered due to errors in the information you provided, then the Entrant shall be disqualified as a winner.
Suspension of the Promotion, etc.
The Company may suspend or terminate the Promotion without prior notice to the Entrant if we deem any of the following grounds to apply. We assume no responsibility for any disadvantage or damage caused to the Entrant as a result.

To perform maintenance or inspection, or update, the computer systems related to the Promotion;

When it becomes difficult to run the Promotion due to force majeure, such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, natural disaster, etc.;

When computers or communications lines, etc. have gone down as a result of an accident;

When provision of the social media service used to enter the Promotion is interrupted or discontinued; or
-
When we have otherwise deemed it difficult to run the Promotion.
The Company reserves the right to amend all or part of the Promotion without prior notice. We assume no responsibility for any disadvantage or damage caused to the Entrant as a result.
Prohibited Acts
The following acts are prohibited, and the Company may disqualify the Entrant if such acts are identified.
[For SNS Entries]

Acts that violate these Terms, the terms of use of the social media account(s) where you post content, and other regulations;

Post content that violates public order and morals or may do so.

Post content that for commercial purposes or advertising, or posts that constitute solicitation;

Post content that hinder the proper operation of this Service or damage trust in the Service;

Post content that we determine do not match the theme of the Promotion;

Post content that defame individuals, companies, organizations, etc. or violate their privacy;
-
Post content impersonating another person, or posts containing false statements;
-
Post content that by fraudulent means;
-
Post content that infringe on the copyright, portrait rights, or other rights of others ; or
-
Any other acts that we deem to be inappropriate.
[For Non-SNS Entries]

If the Company determines that there has been fraudulent conduct such as mass postings using programs, or any conduct that violates laws or public order and morals

If the Company determines that harmful computer programs such as viruses have been transmitted or posted

If the Company determines that there has been conduct that interferes with the operation of the Promotion or the use of the Promotion website

If the Entrant engages in violent demands or antisocial conduct
If the Company determines that there has been any other fraudulent act in connection with the application, or if the winning is rendered invalid, any subsequent requests for prize delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
If winning entries have been invalidated, the number of winners may not reach the maximum number for this Promotion.
In the event that any dispute arises with a third party in relation to the submitted content, the Entrant shall resolve such dispute at their own responsibility and expense.
Entrants represent and warrant that they are not affiliated with any antisocial forces.
Other points to note
We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding the status of entries to the Promotion, the lottery, and winners.
Winners may be excluded from other promotions run by Kuretake Co., Ltd. in accordance with the provisions of the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations.
We cannot accept exchanges, cash exchanges, returns, etc. of winning prizes.
The resale of winning prizes from the Promotion is prohibited.
The winner’s rights may not be assigned or transferred to any third party.
This Promotion is conducted via social media. Companies operating the social media services used for the Promotion are not involved in the Promotion.
For information on how to use social media to enter the Promotion, etc., please refer to the guide for each social media service or contact the relevant operating company.
Please comply with the terms of each social media service in addition to these Terms.
About the Handling of Personal Information
The Company shall manage personal information appropriately and use it solely for the stated purposes.
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may provide your personal information in the cases stipulated in our "Privacy Policy", such as when the Company have been requested to disclose the information based on law, etc. Please refer to our "Privacy Policy" for more information. For Entrants Located in the EEA and the UK, please review our "GDPR Privacy Policy".
The Company shall manage personal information appropriately and use it only for the stated purposes.
Provision of personal information is voluntary; however, if such information is not provided, eligibility for winning the Promotion shall be rendered invalid.
The Company may entrust third parties with operations such as prize shipment.
Personal information shall be stored and disposed of appropriately after the Promotion in accordance with the Company's internal retention and disposal standards.
Disclaimer
The Company assumes no liability except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Company assumes no liability with respect to any disputes arising between the Entrant and other Entrants, or between the Entrant and third parties, in connection with the Promotion.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office.
